The NY Times has reported that deaths of detained US immigrants were covered up:

...so now is an important time to get out in --Huzzah!!!-- PUBLIC SPACE and demand an eradication of this illegal, brutal private prison system for immigrants!

The Church and Choir will be out Thursday January 14th at 12:30pm to join the demo at the Varick Street Detention Center in Manhattan. That's just downtown of Houston Street. Leave a reply in the thread if you can come out!

p.s. While the Obama administration has vowed to overhaul the system, the WBAI Evening News' Rebecca Miles reported that the White House has re-hired a private firm now headed by the person who was the Dept. of Homeland Security official in charge when these cover-ups took place.

Judges and Jailes for Juvenile Profit

In the past year there has also been proven economic conflicts of interest that are horrendous in which judges will without proof or cause determine juveniles to be 'guilty' of cimes so they can be put into jail to profit not on self-interest but also the local government.  It has been proven in news stories and only goes to show how truly corrupt our entire political, judicial, and government system is.

Although a handful of judges may have been 'caught red handed' just imagine what it implies of those that are not caught, and real trauma that it inflicts upon the children?

Crimes against humanity.

I just did an interview for my radio show with an immigrant from Senegal who's husband has been deported. ICE stomed her apartment at 6am, guns blazing and without explanation. In the confusion, they asked for her husband's "papers" and when he couldn't produce them he was detained and hauled away. Her whole life was shattered in less than one hour. She and her SIX CHILDREN are now in the throws of NYC's shelter system, looking desperatley for a way out of this terrible situation. If she were to return to Senegal, her 3 daughters would undoubtedly face female genital mutiliation -- something which she simply will not stand for. All of her children are American citizens, born and raised here and never even been to Senegal. Where is the justice in that? Where is the promise of Emma Lazarus and that grand statue out in our harbor?

"Papers Please"

There is another under ground movement which is equally impacted by our federal government's unconstitutional demand for 'papers please' which is that by our Constitution 'we' should not be required to show ANY documentation that is govenrment created unless we are actually government employees.  The Social Security Number is a fraud and I am starting to believe with further research that 'Drivers License' is also a fraud and only those engaging in Commerce or Government employee should even be 'applying' and holding one.  Another concern is that our government created Birth Certificate is another fraud perpetrated by the Proven Non-Government Federal Reserve Bank, technically Bonding us into Chatel for the Federal Bank/Government debt which technically is in no other fashion directly connected with us.  Deeper yet are home and auto property taxes and the economic system as a whole.

Another aspect which has also been proven true is that if/when any one uses a 'mandated' zip code, they are professing to be within a federal government territory and by both Postal and Public Law it is NOT A LEGAL REQUIREMENT to use, Postal Law 122.32 and Public Law 91-375.  I highly recommend every one write all government departments connected to your name and location to formally request they change your information to remove the zip code and change it to:

123 XYZ ...
City
Republic of ....
County of America

Zip Code Exempt per
Postal Law 122.32 and
Public Law 91-375

You should also write up formal Affidavit proclaiming to be a Living-Being, Traveler-Upon-The-Land (not Maritime Law or Martial Law) Without Prejudice, as a Natural Born American not engaging in Commerce or Government activities (as long as it is true).  This should be signed by yourself and preferably two other witnesses (not Notary Public as all Notary Public are under government jurisdiction now).  If you hold the original with other important documents and keep a copy on your person, you can present that instead of Social Security number or Driver's License in most cases with minimal conflict, maybe some stall tactics.  You might include reference to your parents' full names and city/Republic of birth to the statement as well to avoid further questioning.
