Our exorcism of Liverpool's cancerously spreading chain "Tesco" aroused the community there. Liverpool is beset by malls and monoculture. This particular Tesco store is a direct challenge to the neighborhood of independent shops along "Bold Street." The phone call from the security-person you see at the end of the tape resulted in a charge up Bold by mounted police, but we were gone. Filmed by John Quilty on 5.28.09
